PCC Wednesday Nights
This Lenten Season, during Spring Splendors on Wednesday nights, we are presenting a series of Global and Local Mission Projects that highlight how Pasadena is involved around the world and right here in our own backyard.

We will learn about conditions in Haiti since the earthquake and how our United Methodist Church is helping to rebuild a better Haiti.
We will also learn about proj- ects in our own state and community where Pasadena is making a difference such as: school mentoring, Pack-A-Sack 4 Kids, English classes, Parish Nursing, Stephen Ministry, Florida UM Children’s Home, and others.
There will be an opportunity to hear and speak with two of our Florida missionaries, Rex Almquist and Marilyn Beecher, about their projects and how we can help.
During Holy week we will visualize how the top legislative body of world- wide United Methodist delegates will function when the General Conference convenes in Tampa, April 24 – May 4, and learn about the exciting volunteer opportunities available to serve the World Body of Christ during the Conference.
Please join us as we learn how we can all share our unique God given gifts to build up the Body of Christ, learn to look for people who need our love, and discover ways we can spread Christ’s love in our own backyard and across our global community.
